Hydraulic Tire Debeader Machine
Main Applications
The hydraulic tire debeader machine is used to completely pull out the steel wire inside the tire before crushing, especially for tires with a diameter of 900-1200cm. Removing the steel wire from the tire bead before crushing results in a cleaner finished rubber product and reduces wear and tear on the crusher. In addition, the extracted steel has a high market value. The tire debeader machine is available in single and double side processing models.
Tire Debeader Instruction
The tire is put into the machine and hooked to the inner rim of the tire. The pressure generated by the hydraulic cylinder pulls the wire out completely, while the inner wall of the tire ruptures with the pressure, accelerating the separation of the wire.
