Tire Sidewall Cutter
Main Applications
The tire sidewall cutter is the first process of recycling waste tires to remove beads, its function is to cut down the beads of waste tires containing steel wire for further crushing. It can also be used in conjunction with tire cutter and tire chunking machine for more segmented tire processing. The machine is suitable for all kinds of scrap tires, steel wire tires, nylon tires, radial tires, tires under 1200 mm.
Machine Instruction
Put the tire on top of the disc platform, rotate the hand wheel in the middle, the tensioner will be firmly stuck on the inner rim of the tire, start the power supply, the working platform rotates, and the alloy cutter slowly cuts into the tire, gradually until one side of the tire is cut off. The whole process of handling a tire with the Bead Cutter is very simple and can be completed by one person in less than 3 minutes.
