Tire Strip Cutter
Main Applications
Tire strip cutter is the second recycling equipment in the rubber powder production line. It will cut the tires finished processing by tire sidewall cutter into long rubber strips with width about 30-40mm. The tyre strip cutter is one of the necessary equipment for dismantling scrap tires.
Machine Instruction
The two opposite rotating knives on the machine finish cutting the tires into strips by squeezing and shearing the rubber rings. The strip cutter machine is ideal for small scale tire recycling plants and is suitable for handling tires up to 1200mm in diameter. For larger tire sizes, we can customize a larger cutter.
